Health tips while skiing

Want to have fun while skiing ? You can't have fun if you become injured. Here are some tips to help prevent injuries:

1) Be careful when ski trails merge. Always look for other skiers and snowboarders.
2) Wear a helmet. No explanation necessary for this tip.
3) Stretch out. Stretch out prior to skiing
4) Hydrate. Drink water. This is especially important if you are at higher altitudes.
5) Have a map, so you know where you are going.
